Solution Focused Coaching
Relationship / Career / Work-Life Balance / Family / Communication
In the modern-day workplace, coaching is gaining in popularity as managers and business owners begin to appreciate how useful and effective a tool it is.
As a solution-focused coach, I help people to move from where they are to where they want to be. I’m interested in helping people to realise their potential, whether in their home or work sphere. I l like to think of coaching as a series of “conversations with a purpose”, whereby asking powerful and empowering questions, I enable clients to explore their preferred futures and come up with their own unique ways of getting there.
Coaching is very much a collaborative process. It is a partnership in which I help the client identify strengths and resources to achieve their goals. My clients often come with inherent skills that they may not even be aware of, because it is often human nature to focus on our mistakes and failures and try to diagnose what went wrong. My approach with clients is radically different in that I begin by exploring what has been going well for them and use this the starting point in their voyage of discovery.
